It's so so beautiful and intricate and moving! I've never gotten fanart in an exchange so I'm a little worried my comment didn't accurately express my appreciation for it, but it's a fantastic historical reimagining of Joe and Nicky's kiss in the movie. It's a really sweet drawing and there's so much detail in their armor and everything else. I had fun coming up with ideas of how this scene happened — maybe they're in the middle of battle, or maybe Nicky is a prisoner that Joe's freeing?

Sutcliff fic!! I wasn't expecting this fandom/pairing, so it was such a beautiful surprise. It's so so sweet and dreamy and lyrical, and such a lovely reunion for these characters! It has such a grandly romantic feeling to it, and it's a lovely combination of both friends-to-lovers and enemies-to-lovers tropes. There's a perfect amount of pining, and a lovely first kiss/first time scene <3 It's also inspired by the song "Run" by Snow Patrol, which I listened to for the first time recently and gives so much the same vibe as this story! It's just a beautiful story omg!!!
