Do you mean in size on the page, or file size? With the first, you can host it elsewhere (nick pic host is good, though I can't remember the URL off the top of my head, just Google for the site - you don't need an account) and input width=XXXpx inside the img tags. With the second, use a graphics program to reduce the size a bit, save as a copy of the original and try uploading again.
