I'd definitely like to hear your thoughts on The Silver Pigs! I've only read a few of the Falco books, but I'm in awe at how she incorporates her worldbuilding and period detail in them, while keeping the books light. And it's been years since I read it, but I very much enjoyed her standalone novel The Course of Honour, about the lifelong love affair between Vespasian and the freedwoman Antonia Caenis.

BBC Radio 4 also dramatised a number of the books, and they're lots of fun, too - especially since Falco is played by Anton Lesser, aka our very own Reginald Bright! :)
